What is the “freedom of expression” guaranteed by the postwar Japanese Constitution? How is Japanese expressive culture regulated? How do regulations affect expressive activities? While using manga to explain “Postwar Constitutional Amendments”, “The Chatterley Incident”, “Youth Development Ordinance”, and “Checking Sample Magazines at Doujinshi Sales Events”, he mainly considers the regulation of expression in publications.
The 4th installment of the “Easy Basic Manga from the Beginning” series that summarizes “Japan’s Expressive Culture and Regulations.” At COMITIA 149, which will be held in August 2024, the self-published magazine published by “Maruchipuru CAFE” will be made into an e-book with some modifications and additional pages. Participating works in the 26th all-in-one distribution project “Sousaku Doujin November 2024”.
