■In this work, we will perform simple exercises that can be completed in just over 3 minutes.

There are three basic concepts for miscellaneous training.

“It’s no good to be in pain!”
“Easy and short, can be done quickly and finished quickly!”

Based on these three basics, we provide training that can be continued with easy, gentle movements that anyone can do.

There are two types of exercise programs: “Exercise program that can be completed in 3 minutes” and “Exercise program that can be completed in 5 minutes.”

・Shoulder rotation (warm-up exercise) approximately 15 seconds
・Stomping on the spot for 30 seconds
・Light squat exercise for about 30 seconds
・Air weightlifting exercise for about 30 seconds
・Heel raise exercise approximately 30 seconds
・Light twist exercise (organizing exercises) 30 seconds

⚫︎5 minute fitness
・Shoulder rotation (warm-up exercise) approximately 30 seconds
・Stomping on the spot for 30 seconds
・Light squat exercise for about 60 seconds
・Air weightlifting exercise approximately 45 seconds
・Heel raise exercise approximately 75 seconds
・Light twist exercise (organizing exercises) 60 seconds

We will go through the above content in a relaxed manner.

There are many tough and painful trainings in the world,
If you don’t have a lot of determination, you won’t be able to continue exercising with such content, and you’ll end up giving up halfway through.

Miscellaneous training is based on the concept of “simple movements that anyone can do in a short amount of time.”
