Milk Village is a once peaceful country town. However, one day, the evil organization “Lactos” suddenly appears and monopolizes the people’s precious dairy products, depriving the poor people of “milk”, the source of life. The town was shrouded in fear, and its residents suffered from hunger and cold every day.
Meanwhile, Sister Megumi, who lives in a monastery, comes to know of a special power hidden within herself. Her breasts contained miraculous powers that brought hope to people. However, mastering this power requires training, and Megumi has spent many years honing that power.
One day, the townspeople, unable to bear the evil deeds of Lactos, ask Sister Megumi for help. She finally stands up and takes on the final training to perfect the technique of the “Special Breast Milk Shower.” After completing her training, Megumi heads to Lactos’ base with her trusted friends.
At the climax, a fierce battle takes place with the leader of the Ractos, the Cow King. Megumi touches his heart with her kindness and determination, and eventually activates the “Desperate Breast Milk Shower” and defeats Ractos.
Peace returns to the town and the people return to a prosperous life. Sister Megumi continues to use her miraculous powers for the people of the town, and Milk Village is once again filled with smiles.
