From the suicide of Chika Chika – The new year begins, and the third semester begins in January.
Kagome Sacred Heart Girls’ High School is in turmoil over the election of new members of the student council executive committee.
Meanwhile, “Mashira Hii” from the One Year Bird Troupe was helping a friend with his election campaign.

A girl named “Tsubaki Kujuku” who claims to be “Tsubaki Shijuku”’s younger sister appears.
“Toto” is the twin sister of “Chika” who committed suicide.
She is said to be missing, and she tells him that she may have been killed by the “Ryudo Shuu” of the Ninen-Month Class.
She asks him to find out the truth.
